Program Overview
Scaling AI is complex, but it becomes manageable when strategy, use case selection, and governance work together. In this half day session, participants will learn how AI agents differ from traditional chatbots and models – and why that distinction matters for scalable, high impact solutions. They will identify high value AI opportunities, assess readiness across data, infrastructure, and governance, and understand how governance frameworks support regulatory and security requirements. Participants will then translate these insights into concrete architecture needs and actionable next steps aligned with business priorities.
