Build a Data-Driven Workforce Plan: A Critical CIO Exercise

Wednesday, August 13 at 1:00 PM ET | 10:00 AM PT

Webinar Summary

Workforce expenses account for up to 70% of organizations’ operating budgets, but despite that outsized impact, more than half of IT organizations struggle to hire the right people for the most in-demand roles – with hiring becoming even harder amid rising labor and operations costs.

Info-Tech’s Build a Data-Driven Workforce Plan research can help IT leaders weave strategic data analysis into their hiring efforts to set themselves up for success while balancing cost and value.

Join this dynamic webinar as we discuss how IT leaders can use data to take the guesswork out of workforce planning, including:

  • An overview of the biggest labor market considerations that are complicating hiring.
  • The factors beyond headcount that go into your organization’s unique “workforce equation.”
  • Insights on how to turn hiring from reactive backfilling of vacant roles into a data-driven, proactive strategy.
