From Warehouse to Checkout: Building a Seamless, Tech-Enabled Retail Experience

Tuesday, September 16, at 1:00 PM ET | 10:00 AM PT

Roundtable Summary

Retail CIOs are under constant pressure to deliver seamless, tech-enabled sales processes that unify inventory, fulfillment, and customer engagement. But fragmented systems, inconsistent personalization, and a lack of integration between digital and physical retail experiences makes it difficult to unite online, mobile, and in-store channels.

Modern retail demands more than isolated digital touchpoints – it requires a unified, intelligent sales process that integrates supply chain, store operations, and customer experience across every channel. Whether enabling real-time inventory visibility, equipping associates with AI-driven decision tools, or delivering personalized offers at checkout, successful transformation depends on scalable, integrated technology.

Join this dynamic roundtable for a solution-focused discussion on leveraging digital technologies.

  • Hear about strategies for leveraging technologies, from AR and IoT to AI and unified commerce platforms, to streamline operations and elevate the customer journey from warehouse to checkout.
  • Explore practical roadmaps for modernizing infrastructure, breaking down silos, and ensuring compliance and data governance.
  • Leave with actionable strategies to align digital and physical experiences, increase conversion rates, and future-proof your retail ecosystem.
