Research Director, Data & Analytics
Irina is a Research & Advisory Director in the Data & Analytics practice at Info-Tech Research Group. Irina brings more than 20 years of information management experience and demonstrated expertise in big data, advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI.
Her experience includes designing and implementing enterprise content management systems, defining data and analytics strategy to support business goals and objectives, creating data governance to enable data initiatives, and providing guidance to the client teams. She led teams through data lake implementation to enable advanced analytics capabilities and has hands-on data science and machine learning experience.
Prior to joining Info-Tech Research Group, Irina worked at Accenture, at TELUS, and as an independent consultant. Her experience has led her to design and develop course material for Data Science professional development programs at the University of Toronto and the University of Waterloo.
Irina has an MBA from Queen’s University Smith School of Business and is a Certified Scrum Master.

Glenn is an experienced Chief Information Officer and non-executive director with a demonstrated history working across numerous industries. Skilled in IT Strategy Development and Execution, High-Performing Teams, Project Portfolio Management, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Business Transformation and Digitisation, and IT/Cybersecurity, Glenn has a strong commercial acumen and is a highly experienced IT professional.
Glenn joined Info-Tech in 2023 as an Executive Counselor. His motivation for joining Info-Tech is to establish himself as a trusted partner to his clients, leveraging Info-Tech’s intellectual property and quality analysts while complementing these with his own experience and skills.
Glenn’s experience spans commercial/private and public enterprises across numerous industries including Financial Services, Insurance, Government, Utilities, Manufacturing, Disabilities, Professional Services, Gaming and Hospitality, and Sports Entertainment.
Glenn has served numerous directorships and currently sits on a NFP board in the Disability sector and loves the opportunity to give back to the community.
