Diana is certified in Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, and ITIL and is especially passionate about the Lean values pillars of respect for people and continuous improvement.

  • Jeremy Roberts is a workshop director primarily working in Info-Tech's Cloud & Core Infrastructure practice. His research interests include cloud computing, end-user computing, Office 365, and artificial intelligence. He is the author of Info-Tech's 2020 Infrastructure Priorities Report and cloud cost management research, and he regularly produces material on the cloud market space. He holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario in Canada and an MSc from the University of Oxford in the UK.
