Official terms and conditions for the Info-Tech Awards 2025 program. Please review these guidelines carefully before participating.

The Info-Tech Awards 2025 (the "Awards") are sponsored by Info-Tech Research Group ("Sponsor").

Organizations and individuals can participate in the Awards program by following the selection criteria for each award and completing the selected award nomination form when applicable.

Info-Tech has the right to disqualify a participant if they submit incomplete entries, attempt to use fraudulent methods, or do not adhere to the rules.

All judging decisions are final, based on each award’s selection criteria, and are made at the sole discretion of Info-Tech Research Group.

By submitting a nomination entry form, any participant represents and warrants that the content of the application is an original work of authorship and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If a submission infringes upon the intellectual property rights of another, it will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Info-Tech Research.

If the content of the entry is determined to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, the participant shall, at their sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. The participant shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Info-Tech Research Group from and against any suits, proceedings, claims, liabilities, loss, damage, costs, or expenses that Info-Tech may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.

Participants are fully responsible at all times for the protection of their intellectual property within the framework of their participation in the Awards.

Info-Tech Research Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Awards at any time for any reason, including technical issues, fraud, or other disruptions.

The competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is not available to those residing in jurisdictions where such competitions are prohibited.

By submitting this nomination, the Nominator (entity submitting a nomination) confirms that they have obtained the necessary permission from the Nominee (entity being nominated) to nominate them for the Info-Tech Awards 2025. The Nominator also confirms that the Nominee has granted permission for Info-Tech to contact them regarding their nomination. Info-Tech may reach out to the Nominee directly using the email address and/or phone number provided in this form for communication, verification, and award-related follow-up.

All information collected in connection with the Awards is subject to Info-Tech Research Group's Privacy Policy.

Info-Tech does not collect personal data other than that voluntarily provided by participants on the nomination entry form (i.e. first name, last name, contact details, email address, phone number, title and organization, abstract, and other information provided).
