Prior to this, Feng was employed at Canada Revenue Agency from April 2019 to May 2024, advancing through roles from Innovation and Research Advisor to Enterprise Business Architect, where significant contributions included guiding a $1.5 billion IT portfolio and developing frameworks for digital communication transformation.
