  • Andrew Sharp is a Research Director in the Infrastructure & Operations practice at Info-Tech Research Group. Andrew covers disaster recovery, business continuity, IT infrastructure operations management, skills planning, service management, and budgeting for IT infrastructure and operations organizations.

  • Prior to joining Info-Tech, Andrew was a research analyst at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, building reports to synthesize market trends and breaking news for investments and technology teams.

  • Andrew is working toward ITIL and CBCI certifications. He holds a BA in Economics and Peace & Conflict Studies from the University of Toronto and a Masters in Library and Information Science from the University of Western Ontario.

 

Boris Lam

Research Analyst

  • Boris Lam is a Research Analyst in the Artificial Intelligence practice at Info-Tech Research Group. He has a breadth of knowledge in B2B sales, project management, data analysis, and research development. He has a focus on AI vendor selection and categorization.

  • Prior to joining Info-Tech, Boris attended Ivey Business School at Western University, graduating with his Honours in Business Administration. He gained work experience as an Associate at Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment's Global Partnerships Division, as a Quality Analyst for Telus International, and as a HQ Sales Analyst with PepsiCo.
