Jack has more than 25 years of Technology and Management Consulting experience. He has served multi-billion dollar organizations in multiple industries including Financial Services and Telecommunications. Jack also served a number of large public sector institutions.
Prior to joining the Info-Tech Research Group, he worked for leading consulting players such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, and IBM.
Jack led digital business strategy engagements as well as corporate strategy and M&A advisory services for clients across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He is a seasoned technology consultant who has developed IT strategies and technology roadmaps, led large business transformations, established data governance programs, and managed the deployment of mission-critical CRM and ERP applications.
He is a frequent speaker and panelist at technology and innovation conferences and events, and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering as well as an MBA from the ESCP-EAP European School of Management.

Claire is a strategic business and IT executive with over 20 years’ experience in blue-chip, technology, government, and education organizations. Claire has led teams in large, complex organizations to achieve maximum potential in high-volume, demanding environments by providing strategic direction, leadership and leveraging the strengths of each team member. Claire has taken a leadership role in the development of organizational culture and values with the various organizations to foster and support growth and professional development of people aligned to successfully achieving business goals.
Claire understands the current and emerging digital realities to devise the technology strategy to orchestrate digital transformation through data-driven decisions.
During Claire’s 20+ years career in technology, she has spent the last 4+ years working at Gartner as a VP Executive Partner in the Executive Programs team and prior to that worked at the University of Sydney in the role of Director, Digital Strategy & Transformation and the NSW Department of Education as the Director of IT Services & Finance. Claire has also held various roles in the technology sector, including with Microsoft and IBM.
Claire comes to Info-Tech having worked with CIO’s and other senior executives to deliver innovative, results-oriented programs. Claire understands the current and emerging digital realities to orchestrate digital transformation through data-driven decisions.
Claire has a demonstrated ability in building strategic partnerships, managing change, prioritizing programs of work and also has an extensive background with vendor and contract management.
