Select and Prioritize AI Use Cases for Professional Services Firms

Thursday, September 11, at 11:00 AM ET | 8:00 AM PT

Roundtable Summary

Professional Services Organizations (PSO) are under pressure to deliver AI value, but most frameworks don’t reflect the unique needs of these businesses. IT leaders need a better, faster way to select and prioritize AI use cases that align with billable hours, proposal pipelines, delivery margins, and win rates.

Despite the promise of AI transformation, many mid-sized PSOs are finding that AI implementations often fall short of the hype. Existing selection and prioritization frameworks often miss the realities of time-and-materials billing, partner-led delivery, proposal customization, and cross-functional engagement teams.

Join this dynamic roundtable as we explore how to drive AI value for PSOs.

  • Compare approaches for identifying and prioritizing high-impact, firm-specific AI use cases.
  • Discover where AI can meaningfully augment key workflows, which areas are seeing traction, and what traps to avoid.
  • Expect peer-led insight and a facilitated discussion to help you translate strategy into roadmaps, not just pilots.
