Strategic CRM Selection in Higher Ed: Tech & the Student Lifecycle

Monday, September 8, at 11:00 AM ET | 8:00 AM PT

Roundtable Summary

CIOs need to assess the value of CRM systems across the student lifecycle and identify which vendors best align with their institutional goals. But the complexity of customization, integration, and stakeholder expectations makes it difficult to chart a clear path forward. CIOs must navigate a crowded vendor landscape, balance institutional priorities, and determine whether to pursue deep customization or adopt standard industry practices.

Join fellow CIOs in Higher Education for a roundtable on how to lead a successful CRM selection process.

  • Learn from an engaging discussion relevant for CIOs and senior IT leaders in Higher Education who are evaluating CRM platforms to support student lifecycle management and institutional transformation.
  • We’ll explore how to align CRM capabilities with institutional strategy, assess vendor offerings, and manage the organizational change that comes with implementation.
  • You’ll leave with peer insights on how to evaluate CRM readiness, avoid common pitfalls, and ensure your institution is positioned for long-term success.
