With technology evolving at such a rapid pace, most organizations face the challenge of staying technologically relevant while scaling sustainably. But IT capabilities now become obsolete every 18 months, causing even the highest-performing teams to fall behind. As the pace of change shows no sign of slowing, these gaps will continue to expand.
CIOs and IT leaders must take a proactive, strategy-first approach to talent development to close the capability gaps, embed learning into delivery, and reframe their workforce strategy to meet the moment. This isn’t about training programs – it’s about redefining how talent and delivery intersect.
