Webinar Summary

Most organizations are eager to realize the potential of AI, but few have established a formal and structured approach to governing the technology. Ensuring that organizational guardrails are in place to manage the use of AI is critical to mitigating its risks.

Many assume that when it comes to governing AI in an organization, the buck stops with IT leadership. In reality, accountability usually lies with the business.

Join this dynamic webinar where we’ll discuss AI governance strategies, including how to:

  • Identify key risks related to AI.
  • Define a set of responsible AI principles.
  • Create an AI governance structure by identifying key governing organizations, their mandate, key roles, and responsibilities.
  • Design an AI governance operating model.
  • Evaluate policy gaps using a policy framework.
