Annual Data-Driven IT Workforce Planning: A Critical CIO Exercise

Wednesday, November 29, at 1:00 PM ET | 10:00 AM PT

Webinar Summary

IT continues to struggle to hire the right talent. As inflation drives operating and labor costs up, IT leaders must become more strategic with workforce planning. However, the typical approach of backfilling vacant roles is not sufficient at the current rate of business change and technological evolution and in a difficult talent marketplace. With the division of IT leaders’ time among competing priorities, the skill of workforce planning rarely gets priority in training or in time. Without this, IT is stuck in reactive mode – struggling to fill positions and failing to take advantage of data on workforce efficiency. Join us to learn how to optimize and simplify workforce planning for IT and ensure your organization is fully equipped to deliver on its strategic mission.

Join us for our webinar and uncover how to:

  • Consolidate and organize your workforce data – from business demand to current workforce efficiency.
  • Simplify complex data collection and direct your focus to making decisions where you can bring the most value.
  • Explore multiple scenarios for skill sourcing and choose the optimal route.
