John is a Principal Research Director in the I&O practice. John brings almost 20 years of I&O management experience, including over 12 years at General Electric where he was most recently Director, Digital Operations-IT. John is an experienced Operations Leader with a demonstrated successful history of project management in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry, O&G, healthcare, finance, and utilities. Coming from GE, John has extensive experience in quality management and Six Sigma. He also has experience with strategic sourcing, cloud computing, integration, and change management. John has delivered over 100 successful projects in large-scale enterprise operations and has experience with acquisitions and divestiture as an infrastructure & operations leader.

John holds a B.A.Sc. in Information Technology from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
