Webinar Summary

As organizations strive to succeed in the next phase of technology-driven transformation – a world we call "Exponential IT" – CIOs and IT leaders have an opportunity to demonstrate their strategic leadership.

Time is of the essence however, as IT leaders must adapt quickly to these exponential advancements in technology or risk being left behind. The journey starts with gauging the organization’s expectations for transformational change and your IT department’s readiness to lead that transformation through technology.

Join this insightful webinar as we discuss how IT leaders can guide their organizations through exponential changes in technology.

  • Explore Info-Tech’s Exponential IT Readiness Diagnostic program as a crucial first step in understanding the needs, opportunities, and priorities of stakeholders across the organization.

  • Review key aspects of the program:

    • • Catalog stakeholder expectations for the organization's use of exponential technologies and expectations for transformation in key areas.

    • • Understand IT leaders’ perceptions of the IT department’s readiness to lead organizational transformation through technology.

    • • Compare your organization’s expectations for transformation with IT’s ability to support and lead that transformation.

  • Discuss how the results inform the creation and prioritization of initiatives in your Exponential IT roadmap.
