Sandi Conrad

Principal Research Advisor 

  • Sandi Conrad is a Principal Advisor who provides consulting and advisory services to IT leaders, enabling them to step back from firefighting and take a strategic approach to solving issues and improving services. From there, using knowledge and experience gained with COBIT, ITIL, LEAN and ISO frameworks she dives right into details to realign operational and tactical approaches to strategic needs. 

  • Prior to joining Info-Tech Sandi was instrumental in establishing software divisions for three separate companies consisting of a Large Account Reseller (LAR), a Systems Integrator, and a Value-Added Resellers (VAR), and was one of the first Software Contract Administrators in Canada. Sandi then applied her entrepreneurial skills to open her own software and consulting company, delivering software licenses to small and medium businesses and local government. She provided consulting and advisory services to a wide variety of organizations interested in optimizing spending and surviving vendor audits. 

  • Sandi is published author, a certified software manager, software practitioner, hardware asset management professional, ITIL 4 Master and has her Lean IT Foundations certification. Sandi also holds a Graduate College Teaching Certificate and is working on her Executive MBA.

 

 

Natalie Sansone

Research Director

  • Natalie is a Research Director in the Infrastructure & Operations practice at Info-Tech Research Group. Her area of focus is in IT service management, covering software and hardware asset management, enterprise service management, tool implementation, and building and improving service desk processes. 

  • Prior to joining Info-Tech, Natalie worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo, then as a Research Consultant on several projects, building reports to analyze the impact of global health policies. 

  • Natalie holds a PhD and a Master of Applied Science (MASc) degree in Health Psychology from the University of Waterloo, as well as an honours Bachelor degree (BA) from the University of Western Ontario.
