Tom Zehren

Chief Product Officer

  • Tom Zehren is Info-Tech’s Chief Product Officer. He leads the company’s Product Management function across all products and is responsible for the company’s research agenda. Tom joined Info-Tech in 2022 from McKinsey & Company. He was an Associate Partner specializing in digital product management, growth strategies, and digital transformations. His clients included leading technology companies, financial service providers, and not-for-profit universities across North America, Europe, and South East Asia. He has also served and provided pro bono advice to a large number of start-ups ranging from SaaS to regenerative agriculture. Prior to joining McKinsey in Germany, Tom worked for the German Development Bank KfW in various roles and co-founded an IT ecommerce business.

  • Tom developed and taught several courses in technology management, start-up financing, and entrepreneurship to graduate and undergraduate students at a German university for three years. He holds a summa cum laude PhD in technology management from the Technical University of Dortmund and a Master of Finance with Honors from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He is also a certified German financial advisor and a trained firefighter.

 

 

Gord Harrison

Chief Research Officer

  • Gord Harrison, SVP, Research and Advisory, has been with Info-Tech Research Group since 2002. In that time, Gord has leveraged his IT and business experience to develop Info-Tech's practical, tactical, and value-oriented research product to the benefit of our members' organizations.

  • Prior to Info-Tech, Gord was an IT consultant for many years with a focus on business analysis, software development, technical architecture, and project management. His background of educational game software development and, later, insurance industry application development gave him a well-rounded foundation in many IT topics. Gord prides himself on bringing order out of chaos, and his customer-first, early value agile philosophy keeps him focused on delivering exceptional experiences to our customers.
