Webinar summary

Institutions are seeking transformation

Institutional transformation is becoming an imperative in higher education. But IT may still be seen as nothing more than a service provider and is often not included in the process, causing transformation efforts to be ineffective. Similarly, the role of the CIO in higher education is not clearly recognized as strategic or integral to institutional transformation.

CIOs must elevate IT as leaders of transformation

CIOs must choose to make the shift from the role of technologist to leader of transformation. They must:

  • Gain the trust of organizational leaders to provide strategic insights for transformation and growth.
  • Learn how to plan for and build institutional partnerships.
  • Develop their team’s capacity to transform the business.

Join this webinar to:

  • Learn how to adopt a transformational approach to leadership.
  • Explore ways to step away from operational activities.
  • Discuss how to elevate the stature of IT as an institutional partner.
