Deadline
The Infotech CIO Playbook’s IT Department Assessment and the award nomination form must be completed by June 30, 2026.
Eligibility Criteria*
To be eligible for the IT Transformation Award, nominees must:
- Be an Infotech member.
- Complete an IT Department Assessment between August 1, 2025 and June 30, 2026.
- Complete the nomination form, selecting three key focus areas that demonstrate where you have made the most meaningful progress (from the CIO Playbook’s 12 steps), and outline key achievements, tangible outcomes, and impact on IT performance and organizational success.
- Submit your nomination form to showcase your IT transformation by June 30, 2026.

Selection Process
- Infotech will assess all entries, and additional details will be requested if required.
- Winners will be notified and announced in October 2026.
