Deadline
The Info-Tech CIO Playbook’s IT Department Assessment and the award nomination form must be completed by July 31, 2025.
Eligibility Criteria*
To be eligible for the IT Transformation Award, nominees must:
- Be an Info-Tech Research Group member.
- Complete an IT Department Assessment by July 31, 2025.
- Complete the nomination form, selecting three key focus areas that demonstrate where you have made the most meaningful progress (from the CIO Playbook’s 12 steps), and outline key achievements, tangible outcomes, and impact on IT performance and organizational success.
- Submit your nomination form to showcase your IT transformation by July 31, 2025.

Selection Process
- Info-Tech will assess all entries, and additional details will be requested if required.
- Winners will be notified and announced in November 2025.
